• Ceramic Refractory Gas Logs:
  Lifetime Warranty – These logs are built to last and are covered by a lifetime warranty for residential use.

• Vented and Vent-Free Indoor Burners:
  10-Year Warranty – Both vented and vent-free indoor burners are covered for 10 years, giving you peace of mind for long-term usage.

• Outdoor Burners:
  5-Year Warranty – Burners designed for outdoor use are covered under a 5-year warranty due to the added exposure to outdoor elements.

• Valves, Ignition Systems, and Controls:

  • 1-Year Warranty – Most valves, ignition systems, and control components are covered for 1 year.
  • SPK-26: 3-Year Warranty – The SPK-26 ignition system comes with an extended 3-year warranty.
  • APK-17: 2-Year Warranty – The APK-17 ignition system is covered for 2 years.
