Yes, absolutely. We offer a tiered pricing system where the discounts increase based on both the quantity and dollar amount of your purchase. If you believe your current purchase will push you into a new tier, please contact your personal representative to adjust pricing for you. 

Additionally, for exceptionally large orders that fall outside our standard tiered pricing system, we are open to reviewing and providing exceptional pricing to accommodate your specific needs. Yes. If you qualify as a tax freereseller please email b2b@starfiredirect.com before you make your purchase. Requirements to prove tax free status vary by state, however most states require a form that releases the seller from collecting taxes so that the purchaser can tax the end consumer.The purchase must be delivered within the exemption state.

Lead time depends on the brand and product ordered. Please note the lead time listed on the product page. You may see terms like the following: 

In-stock: Item is typically in stock and ready to ship right away, pending processing time. 

Special Order: Item is made to order.  

Backorder: Item is typically in stock, but due to unforeseen demand, it is currently sold out and we’re expecting more soon.  It is recommended that you PRE-ORDER against incoming inventory to secure the fastest delivery possible. 

Out of Stock:  Item is unavailable with no anticipated replenishment date.  PRE-ORDER is not available at this time.  Please contact our sales department for other options. 

Ships-in: Estimated time it takes for this particular item to be processed or made for shipment.

All payments are due at time of purchase. However, for larger quantity and/or dollar value orders, we do offer a deposit option which requires 50% deposit at time of ordering and 50% when the order is ready to ship.

Orders will not ship until balance is paid. Further terms are available to qualified B2B customers based on a credit application process. Please contact us for more details.
