Some patio heaters come with optional control panels. These panels often have the capability of controlling multiple "zones" or heating areas from one centrally located panel. Depending on your specific setup, you may have multiple heaters in one zone that are placed in such a way as to heat specific target regions of your space. Controlling your heaters per zone is a great way to cut down on individual switches scattered across your walls.
