The umbrella came with the tilt button broken and still has not been replaced so the umbrella is unusable

Not what I ask for

I emailed and called and ask for color to be changed to navy with a black pole ( which I think I choose to start with). I got them Navy with a bronze pole and handle. To much trouble to send back. Frustrating.
