This Alfresco Commercial Wok will add versatility to your indoor or outdoor kitchen, and offer a healthy and natural cooking style. The Alfresco 22" Commercial Wok is the perfect accessory for cooking up your favorite stir-fry, vegetables, meats, or seafood.

The balanced weight of the Alfresco wok keeps the wok sturdy on your Alfresco VersaPower burner. This wok allows creative versatility to your cooking options, and achieves an even amount of heat distribution with its carbon steel construction. With its strong and dense build, you can expect durability and even heat retention from this wok. To use with the Alfresco VersaPower burner, simply remove the center ring from the VersaPower burner and insert the commercial grade true round bottom wok. The large dimensions allow for quality heating of large meat or vegetable quantities. With its double round-handled feature on both sides, you can handle this product with ease.
