The Alfresco 56" ALXE Portable Gas Grill with Cold Storage includes three titanium and stainless steel blend burners that produce 27,500 BTUs each, totaling to 82,500 BTUs of total cooking power. The grill also features a 27,500 BTU ceramic sear zone burner that has the capability to reach 1,500 degrees in the short time of four minutes. While this provides a 50 percent faster cook time, the specially designed V-shaped grate captures juices, oils, and fats. Including an integrated rotisserie system with a 15,000 BTU rear ceramic infrared burner and extremely quiet motor with a chain-driven spit that has 120 pounds of turning torque. This grill also features a 5,000 BTU smoker system with a stainless steel burner that projects smoke at 200 degrees and including a smoker drawer large enough to hold peppers, herbs, and wood chunks, sealed and able to hold liquids. An air-cooled front control panel is integrated to keep your knobs cool while grilling at high temperatures, protecting the equipment and your hands. This Alfresco grill is also equipped with a refrigerated cart that features all-welded commercial stainless steel construction, a door section of 4 cubic ft, and dual drawers with removable stainless steel food pans.
