BURNERS & PANS
Each burner system part is engineered to withstand the outdoor elements, making any fire pit project a reality.
IGNITION SYSTEMS
Eliminate the hassle of fiddling with match sticks and lighters by upgrading your manual match lit ignition system to a Push Button Spark or Electronic Ignition System.
The base level burner system for every fire pit and fire bowl includes a commercial quality Starfire Designs fire ring, which is engineered to last for years and give you an impressive, amazing flame.
How to Ignite : Simply turn the key valve that is conveniently placed on the side of your fire feature with one hand, while simultaneously using a long stick lighter to ignite the gas. Once lit, you can adjust the flame to your desired height.
All the same benefits of our base level burner system, but with the added convenience of a battery operated push button ignitor. The key valve and ignitor button are strategically placed right next to each other for super easy operation.
How to Ignite : Simply turn the key valve on and push the button. This creates a spark on the burner system igniting the flame. Once lit, you can adjust the flame to your desired height.
An absolute must for your Smart Home integration or commercial installation. Adding an electronic ignition eliminates the hassle of manually lighting your fire feature and, more importantly, adds extra levels of safety.
How to Ignite : There are multiple ways such as using a simple wall switch, using a timer so the fire pit shuts off automatically, or our favorite, using the convenience of a mobile app!
FITTINGS & PARTS
Each item is engineered to enhance your fire feature. Find everything you need for your DIY project.
Unwinding next to a warm, blazing fire should always be soothing. Our premium gas flex lines, which connects to the key valve, help with just that. Unlike the small corrugation on standard flex lines that restricts the flow of gas – resulting in an undesirable whistling noise that is short of everything relaxing should be--our high-quality stainless steel flex lines are the perfect solution.
Specifically designed to eliminate high pressured gas flow, they range in a 1/2" to 5/8" outer diameter and are available in various lengths and capacities to suit your project needs. To make installation a breeze, we also include the necessary male and female fittings to connect your fuel source to your fire pit.
Controlling the gas flow and flames can make all the difference when it comes to truly indulging in the perfect, warm setting. Our CSA certified, quarter-turn On/Off Gas Key Valve Kits make it possible to conform and comply with local codes that request specific regulations be fulfilled.
Because most building codes require a gas key valve within 5 feet of a fire pit or a fireplace installation, we ensure each of our kits include a decorative flange, gas valve, and key. We offer this small – but practical – part in a variety of stylish colors to effortlessly match your style scape.
A propane air mixer is a required component for every fire feature that utilizes propane gas as a fuel source. Because propane is heavier than natural gas, it needs adequate oxygen for proper air ventilation and propane combustion. However, it is important to note that a propane air mixer cannot work alone.
A vent is also required, specifically for air intake. Here's where the "mixing" comes in. Air entering through the vent's opening fuses with the propane – diluting it – resulting in cleaner and more efficient burning flames.
If you enjoy DIY projects, a Form Fitting Ledge is a popular option as it helps support the weight of your pan, burner, and fire media combined. Meant to be fastened 2.5" to 3" from your fire pit's opening, these practical brackets work simultaneously with burner pans to improve air flow and help reduce the quantity of fire media required to fill your fire feature.
Each individual Form Fitting Ledge is made from durable 16 gauge galvanized stainless steel and is pre-drilled with 14 mounting holes. This offers the flexibility of being molded into any shape – whether concave, convex, or straight-lined.
Outdoor projects operating onpropane gas require a specific amount of air flow in order to achieve propane combustion.Enclosure vents, which are installed at the bottom of a fire pit, offer an opening passageway to the interior that allows oxygen to reach the air mixer. Our vents are made from 304 stainless steel for superior durability and are available in various intricate patterns and designs.
Top off your project with only the best fire glass that will take your outdoor living space to the next level. From the non-reflective classics to the mirror-like elegance of sparkling reflective, we're certain there's a style that'll integrate seamlessly with your fire feature.
Our fire glass not only comes in an array of vivid colors but ranges from 1/4" to 1" thickness and is offered in broken, bead, and diamond shapes that give you the freedom to customize your fire pit or fireplace. Our pre-mixed line of fire glass is the perfect choice for those who can't make up their minds between colors. But if you're still unsure of which selection would best suit your residential or commercial space, we highly recommend our Free Fire Glass Samples.
