Each individual piece starts with a solid copper sheet that is then sealed off with an oil-rubbed finish for that rustic charm. Sporting a square shape that tapers down, this makes it the perfect addition when installed on a pedestal or column (sold separately). Listen to the tranquil sound of flowing water pouring down from the scupper while flames dance elegantly across the burner. Nozzle burner ports on the burner will deliver robust flames reminiscent to a bonfire. But unlike the traditional wood-fueled bonfire, your Sierra is compatible with natural gas and propane fuel. That means no burning smoke or messy ash cleanup to worry about! Cover the pan supporting the burner with the porous texture of natural lava rock (sold separately) or with the glimmer and gleam of fire glass (sold separately) to make the flames stand out even more. Weep holes on the pan help drain out water whenever your fire and water feature isn't in use and exposed to the natural outdoor elements and also works in conjunction with the burner's raised central hub to prevent water from pooling inside the pan and seeping in the gas line. HPC uses durable, rust and corrosion resistant 304 stainless steel for their burner and pan, ensuring your investment can stand up to the harsh outdoor elements.

With the freedom to choose between a match lit ignition system that comes standard or a electronic ignition system upgrade, you have the power to customize your Sierra to fit your design needs. A match lit ignition system offers simplicity and ease-of-use. Consisting of basic key valve and key, use a long-stem lighter to ignite the flames while slowing opening the gas valve. Flame height adjustment is just as easy! Use the included key to turn the valve counterclockwise for taller flames or turn the valve clockwise to create a lower flame presence. If you're looking for an option with more convenience, then consider an On/Off electronic ignition system upgrade for your fire and water feature. Enjoy the benefit of a reliable startup with the hot surface igniter as well peace of mind with the internal temperature monitoring technology adding an extra level of safety. That means your system will actively monitor the internal temperature and voltages. Should the system detect the flames have been blown out, it will automatically shut the gas valve off and safety restart the commencing sequence to ignite the fire. With the capability to operate your fire feature via optional remote control, optional wall switch, or optional whole house system (sold separately), your fireside experience just got better. But regardless of whether you prefer the simplicity of a match lit ignition system or the convenience of an electronic ignition system, both make great options for both residential and commercial spaces alike as they are CSA certified to meet safety standards.
