This grill also features a ceramic sear zone burner capable of 27,500 BTUs and reaches up to 1500 degrees in four minutes. While cooking food items 50 percent faster and ensuring that juices are sealed in with a specially designed V-Shaped grate to capture oils, juices, and fats. The integrated rotisserie system has a 15,000 BTU rear ceramic infrared burner and an extremely quiet motor with a chain-driven spit that has 120 pounds of turning torque. The ALXE models also feature rich amber LED front panel lights, with stainless steel push button ignition, lighting and rotisserie controls, torsion spring-assisted hood system, with nickel-plated, ergonomically-designed knobs and bezels. In addition, the 600 degree heat-resistant silicone sleeves protect the electrical wires, while there is also a double-lined hood for durability and a removable 3-position warming rack.
