Warrantly Claims After Shipment

This Warranty Claims Policy is designed to guide customers through the process of submitting a warranty claim for products purchased from Starfire Direct. This policy operates separately from our Return and Product Care Policies.

In the unlikely event your product(s) experiences a defect, our team at Starfire Direct will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. To start, please have the following information ready:

  • Order Number
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Photos and Videos Related to Your Claim (ensure these are clear, well-lit, and taken from multiple angles to provide a comprehensive view of the issue)

Important: Due to the technical nature of our products, troubleshooting by your installer will be required to diagnose the problem on-site and cooperate with our team. If the part is deemed defective by Starfire Direct, we will proceed to submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before submission, we will ask you to review the warranty terms.

Once you complete the form below, the information provided will be reviewed in conjunction with the warranty terms and conditions of the product(s).

If the claim is approved, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If the claim is denied or additional information is required, we will notify you as soon as possible. Approved warranties are processed as exchanges. Starfire Direct will cover the shipping costs for both the defective and warrantied product(s) to and from our customers. However, if a part sent in for repair/testing is found not defective, customers are responsible for shipping costs. Similarly, if a part is out of warranty and customers request repair/replacement, they will be responsible for all shipping and repair costs.

Please note that warranty claims can take 1-4 weeks to process, depending on the season. Kindly allow us 2-3 business days to respond after you submit the form. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to continuing to serve our amazing loyal customers.
