A solid steel plate provides 650 square inches of cooking surface, and dual burners provide variable temperatures from 225 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, for a total of up to 38,000 BTUs of heat. The dual burners are controlled by inner and outer control knobs at the front of the grill, allowing for easy monitoring and changing of the temperatures in the two circular heat zones.
To ensure that every grilling experience is enjoyable and hassle-free, this grill features an electronic starter for single touch ignition, and a Stainless Steel drip pan around the entire cooking surface, allowing you to easily brush off excess or unwanted food and leftovers from your grilling process into the removable spillover trays. These trays are concealed behind small doors on the front left and right of the Affinity grill and are dishwasher safe to make cleanup a breeze.
A matching Stainless Steel lid is included with the Affinity Grill, and lets you roast, steam, warm, and smoke foods easily. The lid features an adjustable vent that allows you to control steam and vapor exhaust to match your cooking style. This grill is meant to be installed into an outdoor kitchen or island, but a trim kit may be required if you are installing this grill into a combustible surface, such as wood, rock, concrete, or tiled counter surfaces.
