Building your own fire pit and having trouble getting the burner pan in place? The HPC Flexible Fire Pit Burner Pan Install Collar Set is the perfect solution. This easy to install collar features an auto centering function for your pan, and can be adjusted to fit any shape and size fire pit.

Each install collar set includes two 44" long pieces, so make sure to calculate the number you need accordingly. To determine how many collars you'll need for a square or rectangular fire pit, measure the inner perimeter of your fire feature in inches and then divide that by 44". For round fire features, multiply the diameter in inches by 3.14, and then divide by 44.

For example, we'll say our square fire pit has an inner perimeter of 160" (40" on each side). By dividing that 160" by 44", we get 3.64. This indicates that we'll need 3-4 collars to fit our fire pit. And, because each set includes two collars, we'll only need to buy two sets. Similarly, if our round fire pit is 36" in diameter, when we multiply by 3.14 and then divide by 44" we get 2.57, so we'll need 2-3 individual collars (one or two sets).
