Fire glass is a beautiful and unique alternative to traditional fire media. Usually made from tempered glass, fire glass can withstand the high temperatures of fireplaces and fire pits. Available in different colors and shapes, this special glass creates a stunning visual display as it glitters and reflects in the fire light. Fire glass will not melt, pop, fade, or emit toxic gases when used correctly in fires less than 1500 degrees Fahrenheit. More effective in gas-fueled fire features than ceramic logs, lava rock, or other fire media, fire glass allows the heat of the fire to fully radiate warmth unimpeded.
