- Ceramic refractory gas logs have a lifetime warranty.
- Vented and vent-free indoor burners have a 10 year warranty, with outdoor burners having a 5 year warranty.
- Valves, ignitions systems, and controls all have a 1 year warranty, with SPK-26 having a 3 year warranty and APK-17 having a 2 year warranty.
- Glass, gems, nuggets, and fiber-ceramic gas logs have a 5 year warranty.
