Why choose a CSA certified match lit ignition system? With fewer parts involved it won't require as much maintenance, at least compared to its push button spark and electronic ignition system cousins. It includes a gas key valve and key which makes for simple operation. Ignite the main burner using a long-stem lighter while opening the gas valve at the same time. Set the flames to your desired ambiance by turning the key valve counterclockwise for taller flames or turning the key valve clockwise for smaller flames. Whichever way you choose to set the mood, this ignition system has you covered no matter what the occasion.

Keep everyone effortlessly warm and entertained whilst the burner produces a bonfire-like ambiance with a heat output up to 65,000 BTUs. Unlike the traditional bonfire that burns firewood, this kit is compatible with natural gas and propane. That means no sparks, smoke, or ash! Stainless steel vents are included to ensure your fire pit has the necessary air flow and ventilation required for proper performance. For full drama and added flair, lava rock is included at no extra charge to help conceal the burner out of sight. Once your hardscape blocks (sold separately) are set up, mount the flex form collars to your enclosure and drop the fire pit burner insert in to enjoy a hassle-free install. To prevent water from seeping in the gas line, HPC has designed their burner with a raised center hub and their pan to include weep holes to help with water drainage.
