As a safety pilot kit, the APK-17's safety feature cuts off the flow of gas to your burner if your pilot gets accidentally extinguished, preventing a dangerous gas leak into your home. New triple heat shield and an aluminum body protects your control unit's important parts from the heat of your robust flames, allowing for higher BTUs.
