The Hi-Lo (High/Low) electronic system is truly a cut above the rest. This fire pit insert includes a remote control that features 2-way communication with your fire feature. The remote is used to turn your fire pit on and off and allows for flame height control with a 45% turn down, all while receiving information from the fire pit to advise you of the system's health. In addition to this, this High/Low model can be conveniently controlled using your smart phone or tablet with the corresponding app (Android or iOS). This system also features internal temperature monitoring with overheat auto shut off. It monitors flame status, internal temperatures and voltages, and other safety parameters. If the flame were to ever go out, the system will turn off all gas flow, and then safely restart. These features make it the perfect product for resorts, hotels, restaurants, and homeowners who understand the importance of putting the safety and comfort of their guests first.
The insert comes complete with a 304 stainless steel drop-in, or bowl, style pan and penta burner on sizes 19" and larger. The burner features a hub that is raised to reduce the chances of water seeping into your valve or gas line, which can cause noise and become hazardous. It is designed to create a more significant flame presence across the unique penta shape. The pan offers weep holes for drainage and side walls that help with media retention, as well. With the lip of the pan, once you've connected this kit to your fuel line you can simply rest it inside your fire feature on a ledge, and begin enjoying the flames.
