The Santiago can be used with or without the included cooking package. The fire table is an entertainment center in itself. It features a beautiful full granite table top, along with a durable marine-grade aluminum alloy base which is powder coated to further protect it against the elements. This base includes an easy access removable door panel for keeping your propane tank out of site. The Santiago comes with a 40,000 BTU, 12" stainless steel penta burner that produces perfectly symmetrical flame patterns, and will keep you and your guests warm on even the coolest of days. This package includes a ceramic coated cooking mount that is specifically engineered to house all the Firetainment cooking accessories, a 14" durable cast iron griddle that heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, 2 Himalayan salt blocks which provide a unique and flavorful method of cooking, a surface mount temperature thermometer to monitor temperature of the griddle and salt blocks, and one set of heat resistant, heavy duty cooking mitts.
