Combining convenience and safety, there's no way you can go wrong with an electronic ignition system. The hot surface igniter means you can enjoy a reliable startup. HPC's on/off electronic ignition system boasts of an overheat auto shutoff that will continuously monitor the flame status, internal temperature, and voltages. Should it sense the flames have been blown out, it immediately turns off all gas flow and then safely restarts the gas to ignite the flames. With the ability to turn your fire pit on or off using an optional remote control or optional whole house system (sold separately), relaxing gets even better. No need for long-stem lighters or matches, because electronic ignition systems are designed to keep your hands safely away from the heat of the fire.

Gather family and friends around your fire pit to enjoy a campfire-like ambiance, but without the mess, as nozzle burner ports deliver full-bodied flames. With this fire pit insert running on gas fuel instead of firewood, you won't have to worry about smoke burning in your eyes, sparks popping out everywhere, or ash floating around. A central gas hub inlet is raised to prevent water entry into the gas line, whilst weep holes embedded in the pan offer proper drainage for liquid elements to escape.
