Other Considerations

Many items ship directly from our suppliers, so “lead times” vary accordingly. We empathize with our customers when lead times vary; Starfire Direct will not approve requested discounts/compensation due to delays.

Typical processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Once the item ships, shipping time is dependent where the item ships from, the shipping carrier, and location of delivery.  Shipping time is in addition to processing time.
