The stainless steel burner offers up to 44,000 BTUs of heat for you and your guests, and includes a CSA and ANSI safety certified match lit ignition system for quick lighting. This Santorini ships to you set up for use with propane, but you can switch it for use with natural gas with the included conversion kit.
