42” Round Flat Pan 36” Ring AWEIS Ignition Fire Pit Kit – Propane
You want a fire feature with flames that will awe your guests with their size and heat, and the 42” Round Flat Pan 36” Ring AWEIS Ignition Fire Pit Kit – Propane by Starfire Designs can help with that! To achieve such magnificent flames, this fire pit kit will work with your fire feature to provide the optimal design for the brightest and biggest flames. The durability and quality of this kit leads us to proudly offer a 10 year warranty along with it!
The parts within this kit are all full of impressive design features that will truly optimize your flames. The fire ring within this kit, for example, is designed with burner ports that are machine drilled to improve efficiency, which is drastically different than punched burner ports, which can bend metal and restrict gas flow. A raised 3/4" hub is included to prevent water from entering the gas line, where it could otherwise cause noise and eventually other dangerous problems. To ensure that you receive the best parts for your fire feature, the fire ring and burner pan contained in this kit are made of commercial grade gauge 304 stainless steel. This material has a variety of features that are useful in making parts that will be going into your fire feature, but two of the best include its resistance to heat and corrosion. This particular fire ring also has a BTU rating of up to 250,000, which really gives you a feel for what your flames will look like.
The burner pan within the kit has been specially designed with customer satisfaction in mind, and features design aspects that are aimed at making the most of the materials. One such feature is the ease of installation, which only requires you to drop the burner pan into place within your fire feature. Another great design feature is the removal of the need for fillers. Because of our design, your burner pan rests against the interior of your fire feature in such a way that the space below it is left empty, while your fire media lays on top of the burner pan. The space below the pan assists in improving air flow into the air mixer, which results in better flame combustion. Weep holes can be found throughout the surface of the pan, and drain water in case it begins to collect on the pan. Tri-purpose ignition ports are used to make it possible to use any one of three ignition systems: match lit, battery spark, and electronic.
When the time comes to select your fire media, consider looking through our collection of Starfire Glass fire media. Our glass fire media is available in a number of shape and color combinations, and has a lifetime guarantee to ease your mind. With this kit installed into your fire feature, you will enjoy strikingly large and bright flames far into the future!
