These heaters are designed to be used with propane only, and burn time typically ranges from 9-10 hours on high setting when used with a 20 lb propane tank. No open flame is needed to get the heat going because of the convenience of a self-contained Piezo Ignition System. Safety is also a definite due to the 100% Safety Shut Off feature and an Overfill Protection Device. All of the components of this model are made of either 304 or 430 Stainless Steel, and the heat coverage ranges from 10-15 feet in diameter from the center.
