30” Round Flat Pan 18” Ring AWEIS Ignition Fire Pit Kit – Natural Gas
In order to complete your natural gas based fire feature, you're going to need a fire ring and a burner pan. This combo kit comes with just that, and more! With the 30” Round Flat Pan 18” Ring AWEIS Ignition Fire Pit Kit - Natural Gas by Starfire Designs your fire feature will turn out better than you could have ever imagined, and the fire you get to enjoy will be worth all of the admiration it will receive from your guests. We're so confident in the quality and durability of this kit that we are happy to offer a 10 year warranty along with it!
Inside of this kit you'll find the parts you need to finish your fire feature, but they are so much more than that! These pieces have all been perfectly designed to make your flames the best they can be. Our fire ring comes with staggered burner ports to really perfect the natural flame by spreading out the gas. A raised 1/2" hub is used to keep water from making its way into the gas line, where it would wreak havoc making obnoxious noises and potentially becoming even more dangerous. Another design feature we've made sure to include is machine drilled burner ports, which are incredibly more efficient than the punched burner port predecessors that bent metal and restricted gas flow. An impressive feature of the fire ring contained within this kit is its BTU rating of up to 125,000, which will aid in creating a bigger and hotter flame.
Both the fire ring as well as the burner pan are both made of heavy duty gauge 304 stainless steel, which was selected to make these parts because of its resistance to corrosion, heat, and chemical damage. Not only is the fire ring full of helpful features that improve your flames, but so is the burner pan. The burner pan, for instance, was designed specifically to be user friendly, and so comes with the removal of the need for fillers, as well as easy installation. Fillers are no longer required with this burner port, as your fire media will actually lay on top of the burner port, which then leaves an empty space below it. This now open space actually aids in increasing the air flow, and improving the flame combustion. Installation, meanwhile, is quick and easy, and requires only that you drop the burner pan into the correct place in your fire feature. Our burner pans also include weep holes, to drain any collected water, and tri-purpose ignition ports used to allow easy switching between three key ignition systems; match lit, battery spark, and electronic.
Once you're ready to look at fire media to be put into your burner pan, perhaps consider looking at Starfire Glass fire media.
