This footrest can be used in your outdoor furniture set without worry because teak wood is extremely durable. In fact, our teak wood products are all kiln dried with machine made mortise and tenon joints. These tight-fitting joints are also reinforced with stainless steel hardware, so you can be sure your Florida Teak Footrest is built to last. Also, teak wood is unique because it is rich in oils that help protect the surface of the wood from weather damage. The sling of the footrest is just as strong, the vinyl-covered polyester can withstand the elements and is even resistant to dirt.
