Description
The Alfresco Grill Mounted Cooking Podallows you to get all the warmth and full strength of an oven, for your grill! No need to continue running back and forth between your indoor kitchen and your outdoor grill! You can now entertain your guests completely outdoors with this accessory.
With the purposeful design of easy mounting right on top of your grill, the Grill Mounted Indirect Cooking Pod routes and shapes the grill flames' heat so your grilled items will be completely and richly enveloped in a warm and even cooking style. This innovative product creates an additional air gap between food and heat for slow roasting. This product conveniently contains a drip pan for easy clean-up of excess oils and juices. The adjacent burner is used for true indirect roasting. Similarly to other Alfresco Grills products, the Grill Mounted Indirect Cooking Pod is made from 304 grade stainless steel throughout. (Fits any Alfresco grill except the 36ALXE.)
