This innovative product creates an additional air gap between food and heat for slow roasting. This product conveniently contains a drip pan for easy clean-up of excess oils and juices. The adjacent burner is used for true indirect roasting. Similarly to other Alfresco Grills products, the Grill Mounted Indirect Cooking Pod is made from 304 grade stainless steel throughout.
